Business Development Intern (Paid) – On-Site, Lahore

About the role

Kinetic Kube is looking for two confident, proactive Business Development Interns for a 3-month, full-time, on-site internship in Lahore. The role combines office-based prospecting with regular fieldwork, including client meetings and visits to businesses. It suits someone who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations and turning potential opportunities into client relationships. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience is not mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients, industries, decision-makers and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain prospect databases in spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Reach out via LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Introduce Kinetic Kube's services, understand prospects' needs and coordinate opportunities with the BD team.
• Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects and update CRM pipelines with activity, meeting notes, lead status and next steps.
• Attend in-person meetings and carry out planned walk-in visits.
• Assist with proposals, presentations and follow-up documentation.
• Work toward daily and weekly prospecting targets and share progress and feedback with the team.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu; outgoing and confident with new people.
• Proactive attitude, good research, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with cold outreach, walk-in prospecting and face-to-face conversations.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields preferred; others with strong communication skills welcome.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and keep following up.

• Stipend of PKR 20,000–25,000 per month, based on assessment.
