About the role

Orient Biz Tech is a digital marketing and BPO firm that designs tailored strategies to strengthen clients' online presence and optimise their business processes. It is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Outbound Sales Closer for an on-site position in Lahore. The role is target-driven, with consistent performance against sales goals and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups, qualify leads and present digital marketing and BPO solutions
• Guide prospects through the sales process, prepare proposals and negotiate terms
• Manage escrow-related steps where applicable and ensure timely, accurate deal closure
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update CRM records daily
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams and deliver professional customer service to build long-term client relationships

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales or business development
• Proven experience in closings and deal closure in a target-driven environment
• Experience in digital marketing or BPO sales, able to explain service offerings and value propositions
• Familiarity with escrow processes and documentation
• Comfortable working on-site in Lahore and with cross-functional teams
• Relevant sales or marketing certifications are a plus

• Customer service skills: building rapport, handling objections and maintaining client satisfaction
• CRM systems, call tracking tools and basic office software such as spreadsheets and presentations
• Strong time management, organisation and follow-up skills
