About the role

Fast Consultants is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence in Lahore. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting strategic planning without direct team management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to pinpoint improvement areas and optimise strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking functions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to recommend adjustments.
• Support contract negotiations ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or similar roles.
• Strong networking, analytical and communication abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
