Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth of our custom software, web, mobile, AI/ML, cloud and staff augmentation services in the US market. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with startups, SMBs and enterprise clients, and work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, referrals and networking.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and Statements of Work (SOWs) and negotiate commercial terms.
• Close new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with US‑based clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution proposals and smooth project handoffs.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging technologies to uncover new business prospects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven business development experience in software development services targeting the US market.
• Demonstrated success acquiring clients for software development projects.
• Strong understanding of custom software, web & mobile development, cloud, AI/ML and IT staff augmentation.
• Experience working with US clients and familiarity with US business culture.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
