Business Development Manager

About the role

PrimeXBT is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to expand its presence in new markets. You will act as the face of the company, building and nurturing relationships with local introducing brokers, affiliates, key opinion leaders and traders to drive user acquisition and trading volume.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard local IBs, affiliates, KOLs and trading partners.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partners and marketing channels.
• Execute partner strategies, monitor performance, analyse results and optimise for ROI.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Communicate daily with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the crypto or CFD industry.
• Proven track record of building and managing partner portfolios.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Own reliable laptop, stable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
