Business Development Manager – Telecom Channel Sales (Remote)

About the role

Kacific Broadband Satellites seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its satellite broadband services across Pakistan. The role is remote but requires frequent travel to major cities and underserved regions to build and support a network of retail partners and authorized distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate month‑over‑month growth in new site activations for Kacific’s Gigstarter satellite broadband plans.
• Own revenue targets for the Pakistan market and ensure timely collection of partner commitments.
• Convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads and close activations.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for Managed Service Partners, meeting deployment and support KPIs.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new ISP partners and authorized distributors, especially in underserved areas.
• Lead face‑to‑face sales and partner review meetings to track opportunities and advance the pipeline.
• Develop and deliver technical and commercial training to retail partners on Kacific’s satellite broadband benefits.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Deep understanding of the Pakistani connectivity market and telecom regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to translate technical product knowledge into clear customer benefits.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently while coordinating promoter activities and sales events.
