Business Relationship Manager

About the role

Establish, maintain, and develop the company’s presence in the corporate sector to generate new business while retaining existing corporate clients by providing exclusive customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell fixed broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to B2B customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client expectations.
• Meet monthly sales targets and explore new growth opportunities through existing and new client relationships.
• Ensure revenue assurance against management‑assigned targets and drive revenue growth from both existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor corporate activations and disconnections, identify churn reasons, and implement retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably BS Telecom or BS Computer Science).
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the telecom or B2B sector.
