About the role
The Business Development Specialist – HR Tech will identify and qualify new business opportunities for HR technology solutions, including HRIS platforms and related services, working on‑site in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends in HR technology.
- Engage prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals to client needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and develop relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
- Support contract negotiations, onboarding, and gather client feedback.
- Work closely with product and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, software, or HR solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in prospecting and meeting clients across Lahore; an existing network in the local business and HR community is a plus.
