Social Media Outreach & Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate leads and convert prospects into clients for our design and animation services through social media platforms and online communities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Discord, Twitch and related communities.
• Engage prospects via DMs, comments, email and other appropriate channels.
• Qualify leads, understand client needs and follow up consistently.
• Convert prospects into clients, handling queries about services, pricing and timelines.
• Maintain accurate lead records and meet weekly/monthly outreach and sales targets.
• Share customer feedback, market trends and competitor insights with the team.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, social media outreach, customer service or business development.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with social media platforms and online communities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and target‑oriented.
• Knowledge of design, animation, gaming, streaming or the creator economy is a plus.
