Call Center Manager – Remote (Evening/Night Shift)

About the role

The Aura Agency is seeking an experienced, results‑driven Call Center Manager to lead a confirmation‑calling team for international event campaigns. This full‑time remote position focuses on converting event registrations into confirmed attendees and achieving target show‑up rates. The role requires immediate availability and the ability to manage evening and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise a team of outbound callers across assigned evening/night shifts.
• Set daily and weekly performance targets, monitor attendance, shift adherence and productivity.
• Oversee outbound confirmation‑calling activities, ensuring all registrants are contacted according to campaign strategy.
• Manage call lists, follow‑up attempts, callbacks and accurate recording of call outcomes.
• Track and analyze core KPIs such as call volume, contact rate, confirmed attendance and show‑up rate.
• Use performance data to make staffing, list distribution and coaching decisions.
• Conduct regular quality reviews of call recordings and provide actionable coaching.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a call‑center or outbound calling team.
• Results‑oriented, hands‑on manager comfortable with KPI‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for internal leadership and international client interactions.
• Availability to work evening and night shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Immediate start.
