About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Call Center Operator to join our team in Karachi. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, delivering professional support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve issues while maintaining high‑quality service standards.
  • Observe proper call etiquette and follow performance guidelines.
  • Document interactions and follow up as needed.

Required profile

  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Experience working in contact centers and understanding of their operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service training is a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with relevant computer software and systems.
