About the role
We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Call Center Operator to join our team in Karachi. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, delivering professional support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to customers.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Resolve issues while maintaining high‑quality service standards.
- Observe proper call etiquette and follow performance guidelines.
- Document interactions and follow up as needed.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience working in contact centers and understanding of their operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve queries efficiently.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service training is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with relevant computer software and systems.
