Cloud Engineer – CI/CD & DevOps (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join a global IT services leader on a contract basis. The position focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure across major cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production and staging issues, and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and integrations.
• Apply security best practices throughout infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands‑on knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and version control (Git) with solid branching strategies.
