Cold Caller – Digital Marketing Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to promote our digital marketing services to international prospects. Based in Lahore, you will work full‑time on‑site, making outbound calls, qualifying leads and arranging follow‑up meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective clients worldwide.
• Introduce and explain our digital marketing solutions (SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing).
• Qualify leads, capture client requirements and update records in the CRM.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings for sales and account‑management colleagues.
• Achieve daily call and conversion targets while adhering to call scripts.
• Provide market feedback and collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Clear spoken English with strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Experience in telesales, call‑center or B2B lead generation (preferred).
• Goal‑oriented mindset with excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment handling high call volumes.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.
