Cold Caller – US Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our US Campaign team in Lahore. You will work the US night shift, contacting contractors in the United States to introduce our construction estimation services. This is an on‑site, full‑time position with a performance‑based compensation package.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US contractors and introduce BuildScope Estimations services.
• Identify prospects who show interest and qualify them for follow‑up.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally while meeting daily call targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Confident and professional phone communication style.
• Experience in cold‑calling or telesales, preferably B2B.
• Ability to handle objections, rejection and stay target‑driven.
• Basic knowledge of sales and lead qualification processes.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for the US night shift.

What we offer

• Base salary PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month plus commission.
