Cold Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Elite IT Team is seeking a confident, results‑driven Cold Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to generate new business through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn prospecting. The role is fully remote and focuses on building qualified meetings for the sales team across the UK, US and other international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across target industries, regions and company sizes.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, HubSpot and similar platforms.
• Run high‑volume cold‑calling campaigns and personalised email/LinkedIn outreach.
• Engage business owners, founders and executives, qualify leads based on needs, budget and buying intent.
• Book discovery calls and meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track metrics such as call volume, response rates and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, target markets and Ideal Client Profiles.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting or a similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong, confident phone presence.
• Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly and work independently.
