Commercial Growth Manager – POS

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Manager – POS to lead and expand a portfolio of restaurant clients using Blink’s point‑of‑sale platform in Lahore. The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving product adoption and identifying revenue‑growth opportunities for our B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B restaurant accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Develop long‑term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular account reviews to promote product adoption and usage.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Support and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase account revenue.
• Provide product guidance, best practices and training to clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively follow up on client requests.
• Achieve targets for customer retention, revenue growth and account expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, business development or sales.
• Hands‑on experience with POS systems, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple B2B accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
