Construction Estimation Sales Professional

About the role

ACE Services is seeking a Sales Professional to drive new business for its construction estimation services. Based in Pakistan, you will work on‑site collaborating with clients in the construction and real‑estate sectors to promote accurate cost‑analysis solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in construction, engineering and real‑estate markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, negotiation and closing.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase ACE Services’ estimation solutions.
• Coordinate with the estimation team to tailor service offerings to client needs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and market conditions to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in construction, engineering or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to understand and explain construction estimation services and basic cost‑analysis concepts.
• Self‑motivated, ethical and customer‑focused with the capacity to work independently and with technical teams.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
