Consumer Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Consumer & Market Insights professional with experience in a research agency or client‑side role. The position blends consumer research, data interpretation, and insight generation with a focus on expanding into media analytics and measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse quantitative and qualitative research to uncover consumer, category and market insights.
• Support research projects covering consumer behaviour, attitudes, usage, brand health and category trends.
• Interpret data and translate findings into clear, commercially relevant insights.
• Develop questionnaires, research briefs, analysis and reporting as needed.
• Work with research partners and internal stakeholders to ensure outputs address business questions.
• Monitor competitor, consumer and market developments to identify emerging trends.
• Develop understanding of media fundamentals, measurement frameworks and key performance indicators.
• Support analysis of campaign and media‑performance data across channels and assist with post‑campaign evaluation.
• Create reports, presentations and dashboards that communicate findings effectively.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in consumer/market research agency or client‑side insights role.
• Hands‑on exposure to consumer research and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in developing expertise in media analytics and data‑driven marketing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboard/visualisation tools.
