Content & Narrative Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Content & Narrative Lead to own how Caprae Capital Partners thinks, writes, and appears publicly across social channels, newsletters, email and thought‑leadership pieces. This writing‑first role will shape our brand voice, translate complex finance concepts into clear content, and ensure a consistent, culturally fluent presence.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit high‑impact content for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters and email, turning complex finance, growth and leadership ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
• Develop and execute a cross‑platform distribution and repurposing strategy, tailoring format, tone, memes and timing to each channel, while tracking engagement signals and iterating quickly.
• Protect and strengthen Caprae’s brand, tone and positioning, ensuring all output feels native to the internet rather than corporate, and communicate confidently with clients when needed.
• Manage newsletters and nurture content pipelines, maintain strong email deliverability and list hygiene, and apply best practices in sequencing, subject‑line optimization and audience segmentation.
• Create simple visuals, carousels and memes using Canva or Figma to support written pieces and enhance engagement.

Required skills

• Exceptional writing and editing ability across social, newsletter and email formats.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including format, tone, meme culture, timing and engagement metrics.
• Proficiency with Canva or Figma for creating simple visuals, carousels and memes.
