Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead multiple food brands on TikTok and Instagram/Facebook. The role focuses on content strategy, performance analysis and community engagement rather than simple scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch original ideas, hooks and formats for TikTok and Instagram Reels each week.
• Write scripts and brief creators to ensure content feels native.
• Track hook rate, watch time, saves, shares and follower growth, diagnose under‑performance and implement fixes.
• Engage with comments and DMs daily to maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Guide the graphic designer with clear creative direction for posts, carousels and covers.
• Run and manage paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok, testing creatives and allocating budget to top‑performing content.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing a brand account with measurable before‑and‑after results.
• Hands‑on experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Strong written English for captions, scripts and client briefs.
• Full‑time, on‑site availability.
