About the role

Sara International Travel is looking for a full‑time Content Specialist to join its Islamabad office. You will create, edit, and manage content that supports the company’s pilgrim‑focused travel services across web, social, email, and marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit clear, engaging web copy and marketing messages.
• Update, organize, and maintain content in the company’s Content Management System (CMS).
• Optimize messaging for audience engagement and ensure consistency with the “Pilgrim First” vision.
• Conduct basic research on pilgrimage‑related topics.
• Monitor content performance metrics and propose data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in web content writing with an eye for concise, accurate copy.
• Experience in content strategy and management, preferably in travel, hospitality, or religious services.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, customer support, and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
