Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our Islamabad team. The role focuses on driving B2B sales for office furniture, interior fit‑out and related construction solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, responsible for building relationships and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, networking events and referrals, and convert qualified prospects into signed contracts.
• Manage a work pattern that includes approximately 75 % field visits to client sites and 25 % indoor activities such as proposal preparation and follow‑up meetings.
• Travel across the Islamabad region and surrounding areas as required to meet clients, conduct product demonstrations and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system, update the sales pipeline regularly and provide weekly reports to management.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven corporate/B2B sales experience, preferably within office furniture, wood works, interiors, fit‑out, construction or closely related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Own reliable transport is preferred to support frequent field visits.
• Comfortable working predominantly outdoors and handling a dynamic, client‑focused schedule.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for interpreting design layouts (optional but advantageous).
• Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships.
