Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

This full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Manager role is based in the Karachi Division. The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving corporate room and event revenue by identifying and securing new business, managing existing corporate accounts, and developing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and client meetings to generate new corporate business.
• Prepare proposals and contracts for corporate room and event bookings.
• Coordinate with operations and front‑office teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Analyze market trends and participate in networking events.
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns to attract corporate clients.
• Ensure corporate guests receive consistent, high‑quality service aligned with RT Hotels’ standards.

Required profile

• Strong account management and customer service skills to build, maintain, and grow corporate client relationships.
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Solid understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Previous experience in corporate or hotel sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, strong analytical and time‑management abilities.
