Archival Specialist – Premium Fine Dining

About the role

We are seeking a poised and articulate Archival Specialist to become the custodian of our premium fine‑dining experience. In this front‑of‑house role you will share the restaurant’s stories, culinary philosophy, and ingredient origins with guests, enriching their visit with cultural and historical context.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the restaurant’s narrative, culinary concepts, and ingredient provenance to diners.
• Act as a knowledgeable guide, answering guest inquiries about food, art, literature, history, and philosophy.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence at the dining floor.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate storytelling aligns with the menu.

Required profile

• Fluent, articulate English with excellent speaking skills.
• Well‑groomed, presentable, and confident in a premium hospitality environment.
• Curiosity about art, literature, history, and philosophy.
• High emotional intelligence, refined sense of humour, and graceful demeanor.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work with guests residing in or near DHA/Clifton.
