About the role
Ecolab is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its Karachi team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and supporting multiple business divisions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer 80–120 inbound calls daily from sales, account managers, field sales and customers.
- Provide support across several divisions and business units.
- Maintain and update customer data in Order Entry, Order Processing and CAS systems.
- Clarify programs, pricing, billing and delivery questions with customers, sales and marketing teams.
- Authorize returns, waive fees or adjust pricing within established guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and determine message urgency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- At least one year of experience in supply chain, customer service, sales or administrative roles.
- Fluent English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑division environment.
