About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lahore and focuses on providing first‑line support to customers in Urdu. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for every caller.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls in Urdu.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately.
- Resolve concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed to resolve issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu.
- Good listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
What we offer
- Fixed salary up to PKR 30,000 per month.
- Multiple shift options (11 AM‑8 PM for females, 2 PM‑10 PM for others) from Monday to Saturday.
- Full‑time, on‑site employment in Lahore.
