About the role

Haqeqat Consultancy, a computer networking services provider in Pakistan, is looking for a Customer Support & Marketing Executive for its Islamabad office. This full‑time, on‑site position blends responsive customer service with organized marketing support to help clients understand and use the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them courteously through available services, and answer inquiries via office communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements, provide accurate information, and coordinate follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service.
• Support marketing activities, including customer outreach, service promotion, lead generation, and follow‑up.
• Record customer information, inquiries, feedback, and actions accurately in the database.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns and maintain service quality.
• Contribute to a professional, organized, and customer‑friendly office environment.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong listening, questioning, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional, confident, polite, and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain services clearly.
• Good organization, time‑management, and ability to prioritize multiple inquiries.
• Comfort working in a professional office with limited supervision.
