About the role

AIO is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Video Content Creator to join its marketing team. The role focuses on producing high‑quality video assets for social media, campaigns, advertisements, and customer‑facing content, especially for the US restaurant market.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging video content for social platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos using professional tools while maintaining visual quality.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Transform concepts, scripts, and raw footage into polished, audience‑focused videos.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to produce impactful visual assets.
• Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid advertising channels.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a similar creative role.
• Strong proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, typography, and visual effects.
• Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories through pacing, composition, and visual communication.
• Portfolio showcasing video editing, animation, and creative content work.
• Preferred experience working with US‑based brands or restaurant businesses.
