About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with strong Python expertise to join a global leader in technology and AI. This full‑time remote position focuses on developing, training, and optimizing advanced AI models while collaborating with researchers and annotators.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Python code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating solid reasoning and technical depth.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to extract insights from public databases using analytical thinking.
• Strong bug‑fixing capabilities and thorough technical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication to articulate reasoning in Jupyter notebooks or similar formats.
