About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Debt Negotiation Specialist to join our Lahore office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will work directly with clients and creditors to create sustainable debt solutions and provide expert financial guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate with creditors to reduce or eliminate client debts.
• Develop customized debt management plans tailored to each client’s situation.
• Provide financial counseling and guidance throughout the negotiation process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

Required profile

• Proven debt negotiation and settlement experience.
• Strong background in financial counseling and guidance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of debt management principles.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in debt collection or debt management.
