Digital Marketing and Content Creation

About the role

Marvel Estate and Developers, a Lahore‑based real‑estate firm, is looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Creation professional to boost its online presence and showcase its property portfolio. You will work closely with sales and project teams to turn property data into compelling digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging property listings, captions, articles, reels, short videos, graphics and promotional material that highlight plots, houses, high‑rise projects and custom homes.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule posts consistently and ensure a cohesive brand voice.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement and lead‑generation metrics, providing regular insights for improvement.
• Research real‑estate trends, audience interests and competitor activity to inform future campaigns.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of social‑media marketing, content planning and digital campaign execution.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and storytelling abilities with a focus on property‑focused narratives.
• Ability to collaborate with sales and project teams to gather accurate property details, visuals and pricing information.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and teamwork skills, based in Lahore.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva or comparable design tools.
• Experience creating reels, short videos and graphics; familiarity with video‑editing tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn platforms.
• Ability to use analytics and campaign metrics to evaluate reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
