About the role
The Director, TradeMark Marketing will lead Coca‑Cola’s CCTM agenda in Pakistan, driving growth through consumer intimacy, integrated innovation and data‑enabled precision marketing. This senior position reports to the OU Marketing leadership and is accountable for market‑level performance, ROI and P&L.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the CCTM ABP agenda, ensuring superior marketing performance and ROI.
- Influence OU/Global long‑range plans and drive cross‑functional initiatives for the TradeMark portfolio.
- Own the TradeMark category P&L, managing budgets, forecasts and financial outcomes.
- Build and lead a high‑performing team of marketers, both direct reports and networked collaborators.
Required profile
- 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, including insight & analytics, brand strategy and innovation.
- Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional and cross‑geographical projects.
- Experience leveraging digital and data as competitive advantages.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership; frontline marketing exposure is a plus.
