About the role
We are looking for a proactive Dispatcher to join our logistics team in Lahore. You will act as the central point of contact between drivers, brokers and clients, ensuring loads are assigned efficiently and shipments move smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers and clients regarding load assignments and schedules.
- Search for and book suitable loads through relevant load boards.
- Negotiate rates with brokers and clients.
- Track shipments and maintain regular communication with drivers.
- Handle dispatch‑related documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on pickups, deliveries, and any issues during transit.
- Ensure smooth communication between drivers, brokers, and clients.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of relevant truck dispatching experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
