Admin Executive – Fleet Management

About the role

The Admin Executive will oversee the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring proper maintenance, allocation and compliance with internal policies. The role also handles complete travel arrangements for employees and clients, including hotel bookings, air, bus and train ticketing, while driving day‑to‑day fleet operations for efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive fleet operations within the Finance Division, coordinating leasing, insurance and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor fuel efficiency, vehicle logbooks and performance reports, and prepare analytics and fleet reports.
• Supervise driver assignments, attendance, hiring and rosters, ensuring safety and maintenance standards.
• Process travel requests, expense claims and arrange air tickets and accommodation for staff and clients.
• Compile nationwide expense sheets covering petty cash, office and fleet repairs, utilities and generator sets for management review.

Required profile

• Familiarity with fleet management, fuel and maintenance tracking.
• Experience creating and implementing SOPs for fleet and travel.
• Proactive coordination with vendors and agents for maintenance and travel.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with up to 2 years in fleet management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
