ECCE Trainer – Teacher Training & Academic Support

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to deliver school‑based training and academic support to teachers across Lahore and outstation schools. The role combines hands‑on classroom modeling with curriculum guidance, ensuring teachers can effectively use our Montessori‑aligned books and activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site teacher training sessions in partner schools, covering Montessori and ECCE teaching methods.
• Demonstrate model lessons, classroom routines, and activity‑based learning techniques.
• Explain the Single National Curriculum (SNC) and ECCE guidelines, helping teachers plan lessons, track progress, and assess students.
• Provide detailed feedback reports after each training and address implementation concerns.
• Coordinate training schedules with schools and support marketing teams by showcasing the academic value of our resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, ECCE, or Child Psychology.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in preschool or early‑years training.
• Strong knowledge of SNC, ECCE standards, and age‑appropriate pedagogy.
• Fluent in Urdu and basic English for bilingual training.
• Willingness to travel within the city and to outstation locations.
