Electrical Supervisor

About the role

Al Hamd Textile is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for its Karachi operations. The role coordinates industrial electrical maintenance to ensure safe, reliable plant operation and minimize equipment downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities and the electrical maintenance team.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment breakdowns, supporting timely restoration of operations.
• Coordinate maintenance work with production and other departments.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and electrical documentation.
• Ensure work follows electrical safety procedures and company standards.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of electrical faults and plant equipment breakdowns.
• Ability to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Experience supervising electrical maintenance teams and coordinating with production teams.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and reliable operation of industrial electrical systems.
• Good recordkeeping and technical documentation skills.
