Electrical Systems Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Systems Specialist to support a global engineering services leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while traveling to client sites as needed to ensure safe and reliable electrical installations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections and diagnostics of industrial and commercial electrical systems.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades, repairs, and field operations.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and local electrical safety regulations during all activities.
• Document technical findings, maintenance logs, and compliance reports for internal and client review.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues using specialized testing equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience with electrical system diagnostics and field operations in industrial or commercial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA standards, and local safety regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, thermal imagers, and other testing tools.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, including occasional overnight stays.
