Facility Manager

About the role

Zameen.com is seeking a proactive Facility Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across its offices. The role is central to maintaining vendor relationships, telecom coordination, record keeping, and overall facility upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily activities to maintain accurate SOPs and governance.
• Monitor building and grounds conditions, ensuring standards are met.
• Coordinate timely payment of utility bills, petty cash, and rentals.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Manage SIM issuance, telecom policies, and monitor usage limits.
• Generate monthly billing reports and ensure compliance with phone policies.
• Maintain accurate MIS data for leavers and SIM issuance.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, pool‑car requests, and related logistics.
• Develop and sustain relationships with approved vendors, negotiate pricing, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Supervise in‑house and external meetings, events, and travel requests, optimizing travel policies.
• Handle business‑card printing, distribution, and visiting‑card management.
• Oversee security‑camera operations and ensure smooth functioning of related equipment.
• Supervise on‑site and off‑site construction or renovation projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and daily progress tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Team player with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
