Final Expense Trainer

About the role

The Final Expense Trainer will work on-site in Islamabad, delivering training and development programs for telemarketing staff and insurance agents focused on final expense products, scripts, and lead handling.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions, role‑plays, and coaching modules on communication, compliance and closing techniques.
• Monitor performance metrics, review recorded calls and provide constructive feedback.
• Update training materials based on campaign results, regulatory changes and client requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and campaign managers to ensure consistent adherence to standards.
• Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in insurance telemarketing or final expense campaigns.
• Experience in training, coaching or mentoring teams, including developing materials and leading workshops.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Understanding of compliance, data protection and ethical sales practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
