Finance Manager / Financial Controller

About the role

Hi-Tech Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager / Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across multiple companies in Lahore. The role involves maintaining comprehensive accounting records, preparing key financial statements, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise complete accounting records for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements for each company and consolidated reports.
• Develop, implement and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare rolling cash‑flow forecasts and anticipate potential cash shortages.
• Monitor income, expenses, receivables and payables to ensure financial stability.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Track budget versus actual performance, investigate variances and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Oversee payroll processing, vendor payments and coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience in a multi‑entity environment.
• Qualifications such as CCA, CA finalist or MBA Finance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Strong communication skills to present complex financial data to non‑finance managers.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with accounting software.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet modelling abilities.
