Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, tax compliance, and robust financial controls. The role reports directly to senior management and involves supervising a team of finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate books, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure timely bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate tax compliance, filing of returns, and liaison with tax consultants and authorities.
• Manage internal and external audits, preparing schedules and responding to queries.
• Identify financial risks, control weaknesses and implement improvements.
• Supervise finance/accounts staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit and taxation.
• Strong practical experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and financial controls.
• Experience managing accounting teams and interacting with auditors.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Good understanding of taxation laws and compliance.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP software.
