Financial Reporting & Audit Lead

About the role

INTECH Automation & Intelligence is looking for a Financial Reporting & Audit Lead to ensure accurate financial reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence across its global operations. You will work with a complex US‑based group structure and support multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare separate and consolidated financial statements for statutory reporting and Group Auditors in line with IFRS.
• Manage financial reporting for a multi‑regional US‑based group.
• Support transfer pricing schedules and inter‑company transaction accounting.
• Handle monthly and quarterly VAT/Sales Tax returns for the Middle East, Africa, Pakistan, and the US, including GL reconciliations.
• Maintain the fixed assets register in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Apply IFRS‑15 revenue recognition for project‑based services.
• Coordinate with statutory and Group Auditors to ensure timely audit completion.
• Assist with tax calculations, withholding taxes, and annual income tax returns for statutory entities and the US parent.
• Prepare year‑end provisions, financial adjustments, and accounting for financial instruments, monetary assets, remeasurements, and expected credit loss models.
• Support ad‑hoc accounting and financial reporting projects and continuously develop technical accounting expertise.

Required profile

• CA Finalist with completed articles from a recognized audit firm and 2–3 years post‑articles experience in a large organization’s Accounts & Finance department (fresh CA trainees may be considered).
• In‑depth understanding and practical application of IFRS/IAS.
• Knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
• Strong ability to prepare financial statements according to IFRS/IAS requirements.
• Excellent data handling, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
