Forward Deployed Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely, deploying and integrating AI solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of cutting‑edge AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients, meeting performance and scalability requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real‑time to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments.
• Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best practices, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
