Front-End–Focused Full-Stack Developer

About the role

Weel Inc. is seeking a Front-End–Focused Full-Stack Developer to help build the next generation of its GPS, dashcam, and driver‑safety platform. This fully remote position is open to candidates located in Pakistan and offers the chance to work on high‑impact features that make everyday driving safer and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, high‑performing user interfaces for customer and fleet‑management dashboards.
• Create reusable components and scalable design systems using React, Next.js, and React Native.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services to support navigation, video streaming, and real‑time data features.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security across the platform.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least three years of professional software‑development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and thrive in a rapid development cycle.
• Passion for improving driver safety and intelligent transportation solutions.
