Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a JavaScript/TypeScript Full‑Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology company on a full‑time remote basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Experience working in a remote, full‑time capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating model performance.
