Global Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Tilco Technology Lab is seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist to lead supplier identification, evaluation and selection for its technology and eCommerce initiatives. Based in Lahore, the role will ensure competitive cost, quality and reliability across the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on global suppliers and perform due‑diligence assessments.
• Manage supplier performance, relationships and risk monitoring.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to optimise total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, finance and global teams on procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate sourcing and procurement records in ERP systems.
• Track industry trends and recommend sourcing strategies aligned with innovation goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier evaluation, management and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical abilities for cost analysis, benchmarking and demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of global sourcing practices, supply‑chain principles and basic contract law.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional and global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field; certifications a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and manage multiple priorities with integrity.
