Graphic Designer / Video Editor (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a creative Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor to produce bold visuals and short‑form videos that capture attention. This fully remote, permanent position lets you work from anywhere in Pakistan, South Africa, Jamaica, or the Philippines while collaborating with marketing and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design static graphics and edit motion content for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and brand touchpoints.
• Create and edit short‑form videos (UGC, TikToks, Reels, promos) optimized for performance.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across internal and external channels.
• Partner with marketing and strategy to generate fresh creative concepts.
• Manage projects independently and meet fast‑paced turnaround times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in graphic design, video editing, or both.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of social graphics, branding, or video work.
• Understanding of content performance factors such as visual hierarchy, typography, pacing, and trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or comparable tools like Canva, CapCut, and Figma.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a desire to continuously improve craft.
