Video Editor (Contractual)

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a skilled Video Editor on a contractual basis to join its creative team. The role focuses on producing short-form vertical videos that capture the essence of podcasts, fight highlights, and future content, ensuring each piece aligns with the brand’s voice and storytelling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce vertical short-form videos (under 60 seconds) from podcast clips, fight highlights, and other content.
• Maintain high quality by adhering to brand guidelines and style standards.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and revise edits accordingly.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years professional video editing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of video styles and formats.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of video production workflows and post‑production processes.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects (a plus).
• Knowledge of pacing, timing, and storytelling for short‑form content.
