Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Huzzle connects remote professionals with fast-growing companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia; candidates are placed directly into a client's in-house team. This full-time, independent contractor position is a Growth Marketer driving user acquisition, activation and retention across several SaaS products, working with product, engineering and sales teams to improve onboarding and deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and positioning for each SaaS product
• Optimize onboarding flows to improve activation and reduce early-stage drop-off
• Develop consistent messaging across website, product and sales channels
• Design and run growth experiments to improve conversion rates
• Analyze user behaviour and funnel performance to find optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the user journey
• Support inbound and outbound marketing initiatives and freemium, trial and demo funnels

Required profile

• 3+ years in SaaS growth marketing, product marketing or lifecycle marketing
• Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) principles
• Proven close collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Data-driven mindset and hands-on A/B testing and experimentation
• Excellent copywriting and messaging skills
• Experience optimizing onboarding and activation funnels
• Early-stage or scaling SaaS background and experience across multiple products

Required skills

• Familiarity with HighLevel CRM (preferred)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet) and Slack
• CRM and marketing automation tools
